For Spring 2012, Supreme has teamed up with COMME des GARCONS SHIRT for one of the most innovative and unexpected collaborations to happen yet. CDG was established in 1973 by Rei Kawakubo, and since then, she’s been influential in redefining fashion due to her avant-garde silhouettes and cuts inspired by the streets of Tokyo. Together, they’ve created a series of garments inspired by the aesthetic of both brands involved–most noticeably transforming the typeface and slant of the Supreme logo.
