Proenza Schouler designers Lazaro Hernandez and Jack McCollough have captured a generation of downtown girls who like to dress up….at dressing down. They started out with “models off duty” rocking their duds, but over time, this design duo has held their own in the ever changing New York Fashion Week base camp. With their latest collection recently unveiled, they played with modern, Japanese inspired silhouettes, with androgynous shapes and asymmetrical necklines.
