“Having an intuitive sense to pick people that are trying to change the world and trying to change themselves for the better, every single day. Even JAY Z, when you look at what he does — you listen to what he does and it’s like poetry. Short verses, but it’s poetic. There’s something about the words and how they come together. They’re words that you hear all the time, but when he puts them together, they communicate the beauty of where we are from, which is the streets, and where he’s been, getting the chance to meet presidents and dignitaries, yet still come back and be humble and hungry and want more. Those are the people I’m attracted to.”
