Theory Partners With NFL Apparel for Super Bowl XLVIII

Theory recently announced a line of limited edition officially licensed apparel developed in collaboration with the National Football League in honor of Super Bowl XLVIII. Designed under Theory’s fashion sportswear line, Theory38, the limited edition Theory38 x NFL capsule features two styles for both men and women: a sweatshirt and long-sleeve layered tee. “The Super Bowl is such an iconic sporting event and we are so proud that it will be held in the New York/New Jersey metro area this year. I wanted to create a stylish fashion forward shirt commemorating the event that fans could wear well beyond The Big Game and knew that Theory would be the perfect licensee,” said Suzanne Johnson, wife of New York Jets owner Woody Johnson and brand ambassador for NFL Women’s Apparel, who worked with Theory CEO Andrew Rosen and Rhiannon Madden, the NFL’s director of consumer products to bring the collaboration to life.
