For Gucci’s Spring/Summer 2013 Milan Fashion Week collection, Creative Director Frida Giannini envisioned “a warm sum­mer in the Mediter­ranean when con­sid­er­ing the inspi­ra­tion for her lat­est col­lec­tion.” Colorful hues like blues, reds, and yellows created a vastly European feel, presenting sportswear with made a loud impression. With hints at the iconic Gucci loafer and a sharp cameo of mesh polos and a classic dapper suit towards the finale, the Gucci man is back….and he’s on permanent vacation.
