Life+Times Premiere: “Love Lockdown (Imanos x NGHTMRE Remix)

Just in time for Valentine’s Day, LA by-way-of NY producer Imanos joined forces with fellow producer, NGHTMRE, on a remix of Kanye West’s “Love Lockdown.”

Imanos says, “Kanye West is a musical genius as a producer and MC. I’ve always wanted to remix a track of his and ‘Love Lockdown’ is one of my favorites.” The track begins with high energy kicks before transitioning into downtempo trap beats and rhythm. “My homie NGHTMRE (a new producer from LA I’ve been working with) and I got in the studio together for this one and did our thing. This remix adds more of a club ‘turnt up’ vibe to it for everyone to dance to and go stupid!”
