CATCH, a brand new seafood restaurant recently opened its doors in New York City’s Meatpacking District, where food is prepared on site by Top Chef winner Hung Huynh, encompassing a New American approach to cuisine infused with Mediterranean and Asian flavors. Inhabiting a multi-level space at the corner of 13th Street and 9th Avenue, the minimalistic design features a central timber and copper-stacked floating stair installation at its center, providing the central hub for all things CATCH.
