12 O’CLOCK BOYS, produced by Oscilloscope Laboratories (founded by the late Adam Yauch of The Beastie Boys), explores the challenges of inner city life through the eyes of Pug, a thirteen year old boy living on the Westside block of Baltimore, whose life goal is to join the 12 O’Clock Boys; a notorious urban dirt-bike group.
