In 1986, the music video for Whitney’s hit single, a song first recorded by George Benson for the 1977 Muhammad Ali biopic The Greatest, was filmed at the world famous Apollo Theater in Harlem, NY. The video features a cameo by Houston’s mother, gospel singer Cissy Houston, and finds Whitney belting her ode to our youth with ““I believe the children are our future, teach them well and let them lead the way, show them all the beauty they posses inside.”
