The Genesis: Wardell

Life+Times caught up with siblings Sasha and Theo Spielberg, better known as Wardell. The Los Angeles duo shared about how The Strokes, The Velvet Underground, and other artists influenced their sound, and how they first formed the band and started writing their first single “Opossum.” Watch them perform “Dancing On The Freeway” live at Brooklyn Bowl, and look out for Wardell’s debut album later this year.
