Joe Budden, Joell Ortiz, Crooked I, and Royce Da 5’9 all bring that je ne sais quoi to Slaughterhouse. Maybe it’s all of the above. No matter what the method is for their madness, there is in fact a method. With welcome to: OUR HOUSE reaching #2 on the Billboard 200, it’s clear that they’re doing something right. So in true Life+Times fashion, we decided to decode them. Only this time, instead of decoding the lyrics, the groupmates decode each other. Joe Budden couldn’t make it to this pow wow, but they spoke for him as well. Hearing them elaborate on each others’ strengths is proof that some artists are just a perfect fit once they come together.
