Over the course of his still-thriving career, Pro BMX rider Nigel Sylvester has garnered sponsorships from the likes of Nike, Gatorade, Casio G-Schock and Animal. Unlike most NYC-bred action sports talents, it wasn’t the pavements of Manhattan that shaped Sylvester’s street style, but rather his home borough of Queens—primarily the neighborhoods of Brookville, Laurelton, and Rosedale.
