Life+Times Premiere: Major Lazer “Aerosol Can (FIGHT CLVB Club Edit)”

Next week, electronic dancehall group, Major Lazer, will release their new EP entitled Apocalypse Soon (February 25th via Mad Decent/Secretly Canadian). The first track, “Aerosol Can,” features steady looping drums with fluid and flawless rhymes from Pharrell Williams. In celebration of the release, NYC dance music trio, FIGHT CLVB, has given the minimal “Aerosol Can” track a tribal guarachero rework. Layers of hypnotic, uptempo beats are interwoven throughout the remix before ending with percussion heavy rhythm overlaid with perfectly placed synths. Listener tested, Mad Decent approved.
