I turned the beat off and he’s like “No, don’t turn it off.” Then he goes back to rapping in a whisper and was like “Bring that in the A-Room, playboy.” The rest was history. He laid his verse that same day. Everybody else did their verses about a month or two later. That one took some time to come together though.”
