Dee and Charles Wyly Theatre by REX and OMA (Dallas, Texas)

The most high-profile project finished by former Rem Koolhaas architect Joshua Prince-Ramus, the Wyly Performing Arts Center is a beacon of high design in a rapidly changing downtown neighborhood. Instead of circling front-of-house and back-of-house functions around the auditorium and fly tower, the theater stacks these facilities below-house and above-house as one big “theater machine.”
