“There’s never a grander entrance than that of JAY Z and he definitely didn’t disappoint in this surprise performance. Vibe sent me to Atlanta to trail Jermaine Dupri and his So So Def family and to document the preparations for the So So Def 20th Anniversary concert. Although the plan was for Jay to come out during JD’s performance of “Money Ain’t A Thing,” there were a few scheduling issues. The way I heard it, Jay literally landed in ATL during the show and was rushed straight to the venue with only moments to spare. But it all worked out perfectly.”
