Beginning in the early 1900s, banker Henry Graves, Jr. amassed perhaps the greatest collection of watches in the world, specifically Patek Philippe Swiss timepieces. After passing into possession of his grandson, Pete Fullerton, a selection of 13 watches—some valued as much as $800,000—will go on auction at Sotheby’s in New York on June 14th. Here, Life + Times takes a look at the utterly timeless treasures.
