Tim Duncan, Class of ‘97

Duncan is perhaps the greatest power-forward to ever play the game of basketball. From the moment the four-time NBA champion and two-time league MVP entered the league, his presence in the paint was felt. Unlike his contemporaries, Duncan was not a flashy player, but his textbook style of play earned him the moniker “The Big Fundamental” and showed the globe that playing by the book wins championships.
