“In conjunction with the Trash show I just did in Rome, I did another show in an old palazzo. The show was in three rooms, and on the ceiling of each room there was an amazing fresco of different Mythical rape scenes: Anfitrite, Europa, and Proserpina. I made a series of black and white text paintings that took up all the available wall space. They say things like: ‘OH BABY,’ ‘OH GOD,’ ‘OH CRAP,’ ‘OH DAN,’ ‘OH SHIT,’ ‘OOH LALA,’ ‘OY VEY,’ ‘OH NO,’ ‘OH WOW,’ ‘OH BOY,’ ‘OH CHRIST.’ This image shows the corner of a painting that read ‘OH FUCK! OK!'”
