In a transitional move that’s sweeping the Miami landscape, the Miami Design District is welcoming yet another high end retailer to its locale – Hermès. The 5,000 square-foot boutique, located at 175 NE 40th Street, is a temporary location that precedes the construction of a major Hermès Miami Flagship store scheduled to open in late 2014. The Hermès boutique will provide shoppers with an extensive, exclusive offering of Hermès’ hand-crafted products. The space will feature an expanded assortment of products across all Hermès métiers in the Women’s, Men’s and Home Universe.

“Hermès is delighted to become a centerpiece of the rapidly expanding Miami Design District shopping district. We are confident in Craig Robins’ innovative vision of a dynamic new retail destination in South Florida. With Miami at the crossroads between North and South America, we see the development of the Design District as the focal point for a contemporary convergence between art, design and fashion reflecting the diverse, changing landscape of this exciting city,” says Robert Chavez, President and CEO, Hermès of Paris Inc.

Welcome to the neighborhood.
