Paraty House by StudioMK27 (outside of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil)

Two hyper-modern boxes of reinforced concrete sit atop one another on one of 365 mythical islands off the coast of Brazil. Visitors arrive by boat, and enter the house under an 8-meter-long cantilever after crossing a metallic bridge over a crystal-lined reflecting pool.
