“I was drawn to Chinatown because it is one of the rare places in New York City that is not too cleaned up. I like that it is a little bit dirty and unexplored. When I was named Creative Editor of L’Officiel Hommes, I decided to move the office to New York. I thought I could have more freedom that way. Being outside of Paris let’s me express a different point of view for the publication.” – Andre Saraiva, Creative Director, L’Officiel Hommes
